Facebook has a Twitter application that will automatically post your Twitter updates to your Facebook page. Go to the Facebook Apps page to install the Twitter app. Enter your Twitter username and password. That’s it. Now your Tweets will appear on your Facebook page. However, confusion could ensue when a friend on Facebook responds to an update that originated on Twitter. Facebook will send you an email notifying you that someone left a comment on your Facebook page. I received such an email on my cell phone and was momentarily confused about how/where to respond.
Facebook will only allow a certain number of Twitter updates per day, and there is sometimes a delay of several minutes before they appear. Facebook doesn’t say what the Tweet limit is, and I have never exceeded it. Perhaps a very active Twitter user can share their experience on limits.
